  • Any unauthorized access must be reported to kelo88 immediately.

Verification Process

kelo88 may request the following documents at any time for identity verification:

  • A copy of your National ID (NID) or passport.
  • Proof of current address.
  • Proof of ownership of the payment method.
  • Withdrawals may be temporarily suspended until verification is complete.

Eligibility Requirements

The following eligibility conditions must be met to register and use services on the kelo88 platform:

  • Age limit: Only those aged 21 or above may use this platform. Confirming that you are 21+ is the user's own responsibility.
  • Full mental capacity: You must be mentally and legally capable of entering into a contract.
  • Using your own funds: Betting must be done only with money you own — using borrowed funds or someone else's money is prohibited.

kelo88 reserves the right to verify any account at any time. Providing false information will result in permanent account closure and the balance may be forfeited.

Bonuses and Promotions

kelo88 offers various types of bonuses and promotional offers. Specific terms apply to each bonus, which the user must read before accepting.

Welcome Bonus Terms

  • 200% bonus on the first deposit up to a maximum of ৳15,000.
  • A 10x wagering requirement must be met before the bonus can be withdrawn.
  • Example: deposit ৳1,000 and receive ৳2,000 bonus = total ৳3,000.
  • Example: deposit ৳16,000 and receive ৳15,000 bonus = total ৳31,000.
  • Each user may receive the welcome bonus only once.
  • Bets placed with bonus funds may be subject to specific game restrictions.

General Bonus Rules

  • Bonuses apply only to eligible users.
  • Claiming bonuses from multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
  • Claiming multiple bonuses from the same IP address or device is not permitted.
  • kelo88 reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer.
  • In cases of bonus abuse, the bonus and any related winnings will be forfeited.

Bonus funds and real money are managed separately. Bonus balances cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement is met. kelo88's decision on awarding bonuses is final and binding.

Section 5

Deposits and Withdrawals

Deposit Terms

  • Minimum deposit amount is ৳200 (for all methods).
  • Accepted methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, bank transfer.
  • You must use only a payment method registered in your name.
  • Deposits through a third party are strictly prohibited.
  • The correct reference number must be used at the time of deposit.

Withdrawal Terms

  • Minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.
  • Withdrawals will be made only to the deposit method — returned to the same account.
  • Standard withdrawal processing time is 30 minutes to 3 hours.
  • Withdrawals may be delayed if the verification process is not complete.
  • Withdrawals will be on hold if bonus wagering is not complete.

Additional Payment Provisions

  • kelo88 is active in preventing money laundering and reserves the right to investigate suspicious transactions.
  • In the case of unusual or suspicious transactions, the account may be temporarily suspended.
  • All financial transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).
  • kelo88 is not responsible for any delays caused by technical issues with the payment gateway.
